  • Screen set up: how to arrange the webcam and lighting for maximum effect
  • Eye contact: its importance in creating relationship and how to overcome the challenges presented by the technology
  • Intention: getting absolutely clear about the purpose of your communication
  • Physical & vocal communication: using hands, facial expression and voice for maximum impact
  • Screen sharing: how to use this to best advantage
  • Make it visual: planning communications to include right brain content to make it memorable
