Alicia has a varied work portfolio covering many years working as an actor, a storyteller and a language specialist. She draws from her creative experience to deliver sessions tailored to the needs of each participant and to help unlock their true potential. She aims to create a warm, engaging and personable environment to encourage open feedback however she is also a sucker for detail and will drive through to get to the root of any issues occurring.
As a storyteller, she is passionate about the lived stories within each person and the effect that they have on a listening audience. Being able to transport people on a journey to a whole new understanding of a situation, or a life, or a concept with a few well-chosen words is a joy she hopes to instil throughout her work ethic.
She is also a mindfulness practitioner with 12 years of experience in meditation and body awareness. Bringing mindfulness techniques into everyday life is a topic she is particularly enthusiastic about. The effect of increased awareness of self that leads to being fully present is a truly joyful way to help people emerge and unfold as themselves.
Alicia has a dynamic, playful but grounded approach to her coaching and takes great pleasure in connecting with participants in a personable but professional way.
