Andrew Leigh is a Co-Founder of Maynard Leigh Associates and a published author of books on leadership, teams, and communication. As a consultant, Andrew advised companies on teams and helped devise many of the company’s major early programs for people development.  

He spent some years at The Observer newspaper writing on business and later became the paper’s Careers Correspondence. He also spent several years in a senior Social Services role managing over 1,000 staff. Most recently, he launched a weekly podcast called 50 Ways to Succeed at Work, now trending towards a third series.
