Ann Walsh

Profile

Ann has over twenty years’ experience coaching individuals and facilitating workshops, helping professionals at all levels strengthen their communication, leadership presence and personal impact. She works with clients to communicate with greater clarity, confidence and authenticity in high-stakes environments.

Clients often describe working with Ann as both playful and practical. She creates a trusted and psychologically safe environment where people can explore, experiment and rehearse approaches that improve both their performance and their ability to connect with others. Her coaching combines insight, creativity and practical application, enabling individuals to integrate both thinking and feeling into the way they lead and communicate.

Alongside her 1:1 executive coaching, Ann delivers presentation and communication coaching for groups, helping teams develop stronger collaboration, presence and influence. She is particularly skilled at supporting individuals navigating challenges such as Imposter Syndrome, perfectionism, fear of speaking up and confidence under pressure. Her approach helps clients uncover new perspectives and unlock strengths that allow them to perform at their best.

Ann’s work focuses on helping people inspire themselves first, so they can create genuine connection, trust and collaboration with those around them. Whether coaching a senior leader preparing for an important presentation, or facilitating workshops focused on communication and impact, she brings warmth, curiosity and deep behavioural insight to every engagement.

Over the course of her career, Ann has worked with clients across a range of sectors in both the UK and internationally, supporting organisations including Capgemini, Parker Hannifin, Bearing Point, Ocado, CNA Hardy, Veeva, Eurordis, The Officers Association and the BBC.
