With a background in financial services and operational strategy, Ife combines analytical rigour with a people-first mindset to drive clarity, structure, and impact across the business.

Before joining Maynard Leigh, Ife earned his MBA from the Business School Netherlands (BSN) and gained experience at HSBC UK within Wealth and Personal Banking, where he championed customer experience and operational excellence. He later supported strategic process improvement at The University of Manchester, aligning teams and systems to deliver better results.

At Maynard Leigh, Ife oversees internal systems, company events, and business execution—ensuring every detail runs with purpose and precision.
