Simone is an Executive Performance Impact Coach and D&I Consultant who helps individuals, leaders, and teams transform their cultures, communication, presence and interpersonal interactions in the workplace. Drawing on her background as a theatre director, she creates and delivers practical and interactive training and coaching experiences that transform the way we engage at work. 

Simone’s unique approach combines creative rehearsal techniques with proven coaching models and anthropological frameworks, enabling clients to better understand human behaviour, cultural dynamics, and patterns of interaction. Whether developing emerging talent, supporting authentic leadership, strengthening team pitches, or supporting SLT’s with culture change, Simone equips professionals with the tools to inspire audiences, build rapport, and move people into action.
