Tessa has over thirty years experience as a specialist coach in the area of communication and impact, working with individuals drawn from a wide variety of sectors. She has been part of the MLA team, working as an Associate for circa 25 years.

She is passionate about helping senior Executives develop their presence, build greater self awareness and improve their self confidence.

Leveraging her experience as a specialist broadcaster with Channel 5, she has worked extensively with clients who need to deliver clear and impactful messages with confidence. Her background as an actress has massively influenced her work and breathing, voice projection, emotional engagement, authenticity and story telling play a big part in her coaching approach.

She has a degree in counselling and in recent years has extended her coaching work to support professionals who may be challenged with anxiety, burn out, or self confidence.

She works 1:1, with groups and also offers larger seminars for away days and team development.

In her spare time she enjoys cold water swimming, pilates and musical theatre.
