Testimonials

Wendy earned my trust from the very first session by listening deeply to understand who I was and the leader I wanted to become. She helped me appreciate my strengths and face my weaknesses with radical candor and acceptance. This was only possible because of how Wendy approached my development – with enough care to challenge me directly. She introduced insights and examples from multiple disciplines. She enriched my view of coaching, learning and development.

Jared Ziotnick, Head of Sales at Google

Wendy combines the qualities of creativity, intelligence, passion, and drive together with a humble nature. With a strong ability to see where trends are going, she works to position an organization to take advantage of change, while never losing sight of the big picture. Wendy would be an asset to any enterprise that is serious about results and success.
