Classroom Workshops
Maynard Leigh brings a unique approach to corporate training. Since 1989 we have pioneered the use of ‘serious play’ – combining theatrical techniques and psychological insight to bring creativity, enjoyment and memorable experiences to purposeful professional development. Participants will have an inspiring and unique experience, as even conventional business skills can be taught in an innovative way.
Our programmes seek to give participants interactive and practical challenges tied to real-world situations. This could include tasks such as innovating and implementing a business initiative, crafting and delivering difficult change messages, or building team alignment with new colleagues.
We believe in whole-self learning in which participants learn through continuous practice, and use all of themselves to grow and develop.
Virtual Workshops
We have curated a series of live, virtual learning sessions on Communication, Leadership, Team-Working & Personal Effectiveness, focused and adapted for the digital world. They allow us to bring the proven excellence of our face-to-face courses direct to people’s computers. This is the Maynard Leigh interactive digital experience.

From presenting a single keynote speech or interactive lecture as part of a more extensive event itinerary to facilitating multi-day workshop programs – where we have a group of trainers in the room, each working with many participants – our team can design and deliver transformative experiences that will benefit your people and your business.
Off-Site Workshops
If you are planning an away-day or staff conference, there are many ways we can help you make it a compelling and memorable occasion. Perhaps you need an expert to train and rehearse your speakers to ensure they present with impact. Alternatively, you might require us to write and deliver a presentation on an appropriate subject or run a series of interactive workshop experiences throughout the day. We also have a trusted roster of external partners who can be brought on board to run activities such as treasure hunts or art challenges.
